Dr. Eunice Irewole, The Mind Behind The Canon
Dr. Eunice Irewole is a relationship educator, authority strategist, and the founder of Irevia Holdings, the institution through which the Institutional Design Framework was created, refined, and deployed.
The IDF Canon is not the product of academic theory. It is the product of over a decade of working directly with founders, executives, couples, and leaders who were building things that kept collapsing, and discovering that the collapse was always a design failure, never a character failure.
The Canon is the framework that came out of that work. It is the most complete structural answer Dr. Eunice knows to the question that never goes away: how do you build something that lasts?
