This policy sets out clearly and completely when refunds apply, when they do not, and what remedies are available in each circumstance. Please read this policy in full before making any purchase. By making payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

The Provider offers refunds in specific, clearly defined circumstances — primarily for free content errors and certain digital product delivery failures. Why These Engagements Are Non-Refundable

⚠ Non-Refund Policy — Applies to All Paid Assessments and Advisory Engagements

All payments made toward the Empire Blueprint, Personal Power Blueprint, Profit Blueprint, Empire Legacy Blueprint, Empire Pathway, Wealth Empire Report, Unstoppable Empire Report, Global Empire Report, Complete Ecosystem Engagement, Private Advisory, and Empire Inner Circle are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.


This policy is absolute and applies regardless of: change of personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with findings, inability or unwillingness to implement recommendations, scheduling conflicts, business closure, health issues, financial difficulty, or any other reason not explicitly identified in this policy as a refundable circumstance.

The Reason This Policy Exists

The Provider's paid engagements are bespoke professional services — not consumer products that can be returned unopened. Upon acceptance of any paid engagement, the following non-reversible commitments are made by the Provider:

  • Dr. Eunice Irewole's personal time is allocated and blocked for the Client's assessment review, report preparation, and debrief session
  • Significant intellectual labour is invested in the personalisation of each report — a process that begins immediately upon payment and cannot be undone
  • Administrative, scheduling, and operational resources are allocated to the Client's engagement
  • The assessment link and access credentials are issued — representing delivery of a component of the engagement
  • For Executive Diagnostics, debrief session time is reserved in Dr. Eunice Irewole's calendar — representing an irreversible opportunity cost

These commitments are made in good faith the moment payment is received. The non-refundable nature of the investment reflects the irreversible nature of these commitments — not a lack of care for the Client's experience.


Scenarios That Do Not Qualify for Refund

The following specific circumstances do not qualify for a refund, partial or full, under any circumstances:

  • The Client changes their mind after payment is made
  • The Client does not complete the assessment within the 30-day window
  • The Client disagrees with the findings in their report
  • The Client feels the report does not apply to their situation
  • The Client is unable to implement the recommended architect moves
  • The Client's business circumstances change after payment
  • The Client fails to attend a scheduled debrief session without 48 hours written notice
  • The Client decides they do not want to proceed after accessing the assessment questions
  • A third party advised the Client not to proceed
  • The Client finds a different provider offering similar services
  • Personal health, family, or life circumstances that are not within the Provider's control
  • The Client's dissatisfaction with the time required to complete the assessment

The Specific Situations Where Refunds Are Available

Refundable Circumstances — Provider Material Breach

A full or partial refund may be available exclusively in the following circumstances — all of which require the failure to be attributable solely to the Provider and not to any action or inaction of the Client.

Circumstance 1 — Blueprint Report Not Delivered Within 21 Days:

If the Provider fails to deliver a Blueprint Report within 21 days of assessment completion, and this failure is solely attributable to the Provider, the Client may request a full refund of the Blueprint investment. The Client must make this request in writing within 7 days of the 21-day deadline passing.

Circumstance 2 — Executive Diagnostic Report Not Delivered Within 21 Days:

If the Provider fails to deliver an Executive Diagnostic Report within 21 days of assessment completion, a partial remedy of $1,500 USD may be offered representing the debrief component of the investment. Full refunds of Executive Diagnostic investments are not available under any circumstances.

Circumstance 3 — Debrief Session Not Conducted Within 30 Days of Report Delivery (Executive Diagnostics):

If the Provider fails to conduct the debrief session within 30 days of report delivery, where this failure is solely attributable to the Provider, a partial remedy of $1,500 USD may be offered. The Client must request this in writing within 7 days of the 30-day deadline.

Circumstance 4 — Digital Book — Undeliverable or Materially Defective File:

If the IDF Canon digital book is purchased and the file cannot be delivered or is materially defective (i.e., the file cannot be opened or is substantially incomplete), the Client may request a full refund within 48 hours of the purchase date. File format incompatibility on the Client's device does not qualify as a material defect.

Circumstance 5 — Empire Academy Courses — Early Access and Technical Barrier:

If a Client has accessed less than 20% of a course's content and can demonstrate a genuine technical barrier (not user error) that prevents access to the course material, a refund may be considered within 7 days of purchase. The Client must provide evidence of the technical barrier and must have contacted the Provider's technical support within 48 hours of the issue arising. Refunds under this circumstance are at the Provider's sole discretion.

Circumstance 6 — Application Declined After Payment:

If a Client makes a payment before their application is formally accepted and the application is subsequently declined by the Provider, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days. Note: payments should only be made after receiving written acceptance confirmation — payment before acceptance is at the Client's own risk.

Circumstance 7 — Blueprint Prerequisite Not Met:

If a Client purchases access to a paid tier and it is subsequently confirmed that the prerequisite tier was not completed, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days, provided the Client has not yet accessed any assessment questions from the purchased tier.

Important — How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to legal@euniceirewole.com within the timeframe specified for the applicable circumstance. Include: your full name, email address used for purchase, the product purchased, the date of purchase, and a clear description of the qualifying circumstance. Refund requests submitted outside the specified timeframe will not be considered.


What Happens When an Engagement Expires

All paid assessments must be completed within 30 days of engagement activation (payment confirmation and access provision). If the Client fails to complete the assessment within 30 days:

  • The engagement is deemed expired
  • No refund is issued
  • Access to the assessment questions is suspended
  • The Client may apply for reactivation in writing, subject to the Provider's approval and an administrative fee of $500 USD
  • Reactivation does not restart the 30-day completion window — a new 21-day window is provided from the reactivation date

and agree to its terms. You acknowledge that you understand which circumstances qualify for refund and which do not.
