Partnership. It Is a Structural Alignment Between Two Empires.
Strategic Alliances are the highest tier of Empire Partnerships, reserved for institutions whose mission, scale, and long-term orientation create genuine value for the Irevia Holdings ecosystem. Not every organisation qualifies. Not every proposal is considered.
Institutional Scale
Mission Alignment
Long-Term Orientation
Every Other Partnership Track Has a Duration. A Strategic Alliance Has a Direction.
Event Sponsorships end when the event does. Corporate Sponsorships renew by the quarter. Brand Collaborations produce a deliverable and conclude. A Strategic Alliance is none of these things. It is a structural alignment between two entities that have decided their futures are better built together than apart.
The organisations that enter Strategic Alliances with Irevia Holdings are not buying access to a platform. They are entering a long-term relationship that reshapes what both organisations can accomplish, through joint ventures, shared infrastructure, co-developed programmes, and the compounding authority that comes from being publicly and permanently associated with this work.
This is not a product on a menu. It is a conversation between two institutions that believe something is possible together that neither could build alone.
"A Strategic Alliance is not the most expensive sponsorship. It is an entirely different category of relationship, and it is treated as one from the first conversation to the last."
Three Criteria. All Three Must Be Met. Without Exception.
A Strategic Alliance is not determined by budget alone. It is determined by fit, across three non-negotiable criteria. An organisation that meets two of the three is not eligible. All three must be present before a proposal is reviewed.
Institutional Scale
You represent an organisation with documented reach, infrastructure, or capital, not a startup seeking credibility through association. A Strategic Alliance requires both parties to bring genuine institutional weight to the table.
The StandardYou have the audience, the infrastructure, or the capital to make this a genuine exchange of value, not a transaction where one party is purchasing what the other has built.
Mission Alignment
Your organisation's work must genuinely serve the same founders, executives, leaders, and builders that the Irevia Holdings platform is already building for. Not adjacent to that mission. Aligned with it.
The StandardWhen someone in the Empire ecosystem encounters your organisation, the association should feel inevitable, not opportunistic. If it needs explaining, it doesn't qualify.
Long-Term Orientation
You are proposing something that spans twelve to twenty-four months at minimum, not a campaign with a quarterly exit, not a pilot with an optional renewal. A Strategic Alliance requires both parties to commit to building something that takes time to build properly.
The StandardIf your planning horizon is shorter than the alliance term, you are not yet ready for a Strategic Alliance. Return when you are prepared to commit to the full duration.
Two Phases. One Direction. No Template.
Every Strategic Alliance is structured bespoke, there is no standard package. What follows is the framework within which every alliance is designed. The specific deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms are negotiated at the proposal stage for each individual alliance.
Building the Structural Base
The first phase of every Strategic Alliance establishes the foundation, a shared understanding of both organisations' objectives, audiences, and capabilities, formalized into a joint strategic roadmap.
- Structural Alignment Assessment, a formal review of how both entities' missions, audiences, and strategic objectives complement each other
- Signed NDA and formal partnership agreement covering IP, revenue, governance, and exit terms
- Co-authored twelve to twenty-four month strategic roadmap with defined milestones, deliverables, and review points
- Executive access to Dr. Eunice for strategic sessions, not a team representative, not a portal
- Internal communications and positioning brief for both organisations' teams
Building What Neither Could Build Alone
Phase Two is where the alliance activates, the joint ventures, co-developed programmes, shared platforms, and cross-institutional initiatives that the roadmap defined and both organisations agreed to build.
- Cross-platform integration, deep embedding into Irevia Holdings programming, content, audience access, and events for the full alliance term
- Joint programme or initiative development, co-designed outputs built to the agreed roadmap
- Executive Roundtable access, both organisations represented at the highest-level conversations
- Research, publication, or educational initiative development where scoped
- Investment ecosystem alignment where relevant, for organisations with capital deployment mandates
- Quarterly alliance review sessions with Dr. Eunice to assess progress and recalibrate direction
What a Strategic Alliance Can Be Built Around
Strategic Alliances are not confined to a single format. The alliance structure follows the strategic objective, not the other way around. These are the most common frameworks, though bespoke structures are available for the right organisation.
Joint Ventures
A formal commercial structure where both organisations co-invest in, co-own, and co-operate a shared initiative, a platform, programme, fund, or enterprise, with agreed governance and revenue terms.
Global Expansion Alliances
For organisations seeking to enter or deepen their presence in markets where the Irevia Holdings ecosystem has established reach, trust, and influence, using the alliance as the entry infrastructure.
Research & Publication Initiatives
Co-commissioned research, co-published reports, and co-authored frameworks that establish both organisations as thought leaders in a defined area, with joint distribution to both networks on publication.
Executive Roundtables & Educational Alliances
Ongoing, structured access to the highest-level conversations in the Empire ecosystem, co-hosted roundtables, educational programme alliances, and co-designed certification frameworks for both organisations' networks.
How a Strategic Alliance Gets Established
Strategic Alliances do not begin with a checkout page. They begin with a proposal, move through a formal review, and are formalised through a structured agreement process, because what is being built deserves that kind of care.
Proposal Submission
A formal written proposal submitted via the intake form below. We require complete, honest answers to every field, particularly regarding your organisation's scale, audience, and what you are proposing to build together.
Personal Review by Dr. Eunice
Every Strategic Alliance proposal is reviewed personally, not by a team, not through a scoring rubric. Dr. Eunice reviews against the three qualification criteria. Proposals are accepted, declined, or redirected to a more appropriate partnership track.
NDA and Exploratory Session
A signed NDA is executed before any commercial, strategic, or financial details are discussed. An exploratory session with Dr. Eunice follows, this is a conversation between principals, not a sales call.
Structural Alignment Assessment
A formal assessment of how both organisations' missions, audiences, capabilities, and strategic objectives align. The output is a written alignment report that forms the basis of the joint strategic roadmap.
Alliance Agreement and Roadmap
A formal alliance agreement covering IP, revenue, governance, and exit terms, negotiated between both parties. The co-authored strategic roadmap is finalised and signed before any activation begins.
Strategic Alliances involve commercial, strategic, and financial information that is genuinely sensitive. Before any detailed discussion of alliance terms, scope, or investment can take place, both parties are required to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
This is not a formality. It is the minimum standard of trust required before two institutions begin discussing what they might build together.
- NDA is mutual, it protects both organisations equally
- Required before commercial terms are discussed in any form
- Standard term of twenty-four months from date of execution
- Covers all strategic, financial, and operational information shared during the assessment
- Managed directly between both organisations, not through intermediaries
The NDA requirement applies regardless of the stage at which a proposal is submitted. An organisation that is not prepared to sign a mutual NDA is not ready for a Strategic Alliance.
Investment Structure
Strategic Alliance investments are structured bespoke, there is no published price point. The investment reflects the scope, duration, and depth of the alliance being built. Commercial terms including financial investment, revenue participation, IP arrangements, and governance structures are negotiated individually for every alliance.
All alliance investments are non-refundable. Alliance agreements include defined exit terms. Irevia Holdings reserves the right to terminate any alliance that no longer meets the standards agreed at outset.
A Strategic Alliance is the rarest thing in the partnership world, two institutions that are genuinely better together than apart, and honest enough to admit it. I do not enter alliances for the revenue. I enter them for the trajectory change they create for both parties.
Dr. Eunice Irewole · Founder, Irevia HoldingsThe Irevia Holdings ecosystem has been built over years, the audience, the trust, the platform authority, the global reach. A Strategic Alliance partner enters that ecosystem not as a vendor, not as a sponsor, but as a co-architect of what comes next.
That is a category of relationship I protect. It is not available to every organisation with a large budget and an interest in our audience. It is available to the few organisations whose work belongs next to ours, whose leaders think in decades rather than quarters, and who are willing to build something that neither of us could build alone.
If that is your organisation, we should talk.
Who This Is Built For, and Who It Is Not.
The Organisations That Belong Here
A Strategic Alliance is for institutions that bring genuine scale, genuine mission alignment, and genuine long-term intention to the table. Not aspiration, evidence.
- Corporations, institutions, and organisations with established reach, infrastructure, or capital
- Mission-driven organisations whose work directly serves the founders, executives, and leaders the Empire platform is already building for
- Leaders who think in three to five year arcs and are prepared to commit to a minimum twelve to twenty-four month alliance term
- Organisations that bring something to the alliance that the Empire platform does not currently have, audience, geography, infrastructure, capital, or expertise
- Institutions prepared to execute a mutual NDA before any commercial discussion begins
The Organisations That Are Not Ready
A Strategic Alliance is not for organisations that want premium access at a premium price. If that is the objective, a Corporate Sponsorship is the appropriate track.
- Startups or early-stage organisations without established audience, infrastructure, or capital to contribute
- Organisations whose mission is adjacent to ours but not genuinely aligned with the same audience
- Leaders whose planning horizon is shorter than the minimum alliance term
- Any organisation unwilling to sign a mutual NDA before commercial discussions begin
- Anyone who cannot clearly articulate what they bring to the alliance beyond their budget
The Investment Reflects What Is Being Built.
Strategic Alliance investments are not published because they cannot be. Every alliance is structurally unique, different scope, different duration, different deliverables, different commercial structures.
What we can confirm is that every Strategic Alliance represents a meaningful investment by both parties, not a cheque written in exchange for logo placement, but a genuine commitment of capital, time, and institutional resource toward something that takes years to build.
If your organisation's question is "what does it cost," you are not yet at the stage where a Strategic Alliance is the right conversation. When your question is "what could we build together," that is when we should talk.
The Alliance Experience
This was not a sponsorship. It was a fundamental shift in the direction of our institution's engagement with the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Dr. Eunice approaches partnership at the level of strategy, not marketing. That distinction changes everything about what gets built and how long it lasts.
Strategic Alliance Partner Academic Institution · InternationalWe entered this alliance because we needed a partner who already had the trust of the audience we were trying to reach, not a platform to advertise on, but a partner whose endorsement meant something to the people we were building for. Eighteen months later, that distinction has proven itself in measurable terms on both sides.
Strategic Alliance Partner Financial Institution · Africa & North AmericaPropose an Alliance Worth Building.
Every Strategic Alliance begins here, with a formal written proposal. Not a call, not a LinkedIn message, not a referral. A proposal that demonstrates that your organisation understands what a Strategic Alliance is and why you qualify for one.
Complete every field with full honesty. Proposals that are vague, promotional, or incomplete will not be reviewed.
Before You Submit- Confirm your organisation meets all three qualification criteria
- Be prepared to sign a mutual NDA before commercial discussion begins
- Proposals are reviewed personally by Dr. Eunice within ten business days
- Accepted proposals are contacted by Dr. Eunice's office directly, not by a team representative
- Declined proposals are notified with clarity, not ignored
- Do not submit if your planning horizon is under twelve months
The organisations that qualify for a Strategic Alliance are the ones that do not need to be persuaded of its value, they already understand it. They are not asking "what do we get." They are asking "what could we build."
If that is the question your organisation is asking, we are ready to have that conversation. Submit your proposal above. It will be read by Dr. Eunice personally.
