The Co-Creation Process

How a Collaboration Gets Built

Every collaboration follows a defined process, from proposal to launch. Nothing goes live until both parties have approved every element of it.

Step 01

Proposal Submission

You submit a collaboration proposal via the intake form below. We need to understand your organisation, your audience, and what you're proposing to build together.

Step 02

Editorial Review

Dr. Eunice reviews the proposal personally. We assess alignment with the Empire platform, audience fit, and creative merit. Proposals are accepted or declined within seven business days.

Step 03

Scoping and Agreement

Accepted proposals enter a scoping call to define deliverables, creative direction, timeline, investment, and any revenue share structure. A collaboration agreement is issued before work begins.

Step 04

Co-Creation

The work gets built. Creative assets, content, or products are developed by both parties according to the agreed brief. All outputs are reviewed and approved before they go near either audience.

Step 05

Joint Launch

Both platforms activate simultaneously. The collaboration is released to both audiences on the same day, with co-branded messaging across every agreed channel on both sides.

The Empire name on a collaboration is an endorsement. That means every collaboration we enter carries the same standards we apply to our own content: no exceptions, no workarounds, no negotiations on the non-negotiables.

Collaborations typically require 60 to 120 days from agreement to launch, depending on format. We do not rush the co-creation process. If your timeline is under six weeks, a collaboration is not the right fit at this stage.

Every Strategic Alliance is structured bespoke, there is no standard package. What follows is the framework within which every alliance is designed. The specific deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms are negotiated at the proposal stage for each individual alliance.

Phase One · Foundation

Building the Structural Base

The first phase of every Strategic Alliance establishes the foundation, a shared understanding of both organisations' objectives, audiences, and capabilities, formalized into a joint strategic roadmap.

  • Structural Alignment Assessment, a formal review of how both entities' missions, audiences, and strategic objectives complement each other
  • Signed NDA and formal partnership agreement covering IP, revenue, governance, and exit terms
  • Co-authored twelve to twenty-four month strategic roadmap with defined milestones, deliverables, and review points
  • Executive access to Dr. Eunice for strategic sessions, not a team representative, not a portal

Phase Two · Activation

Building What Neither Could Build Alone

Phase Two is where the alliance activates, the joint ventures, co-developed programmes, shared platforms, and cross-institutional initiatives that the roadmap defined and both organisations agreed to build.
