  • Those who will not do the work between sessions. Assignments and thinking frameworks are not optional. They are the structural work that the session outputs are built on. Clients who chronically arrive at sessions without completing the prior session's assignments will be addressed directly — and may not be renewed.
  • Those in active mental health crisis or requiring therapeutic support. Empire Mentorship addresses patterns, decision-making, identity, and strategic direction. It does not address clinical mental health needs. If what you need is therapeutic, a licensed mental health professional is the appropriate resource. Mentorship and therapy serve different structural needs.
  • Those already operating at significant institutional scale who need system redesign. If your business is generating millions, your institution is complex, and what you need is wealth architecture, leverage redesign, and power positioning — this is not the instrument.
