Any month that has commenced is non-refundable in full, whether sessions were attended, missed, or rescheduled. Fees are charged for the month, not for sessions individually attended within it.

30-day written cancellation notice
Written notice must be submitted at least 30 calendar days before the first day of the intended stop month. The month in which notice is submitted is billed in full. Verbal or informal notice does not constitute valid cancellation.

Non-attendance does not waive fees
Missing sessions does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle the client to a refund. Rescheduling within the same billing period is accommodated where structurally possible but creates no additional sessions beyond those in the selected tier.

Non-transferable and single-client
This engagement is strictly personal. It cannot be transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the accepted applicant. Sessions are single-client only and cannot be attended or used by third parties.

Non-engagement — non-renewal
Clients who chronically fail to complete between-session assignments or demonstrate sustained strategic non-engagement may not be offered renewal at Dr. Eunice's discretion. Strategic work requires active participation — not passive attendance.

Right to decline or terminate
Dr. Eunice reserves the right to decline any application or end any engagement where the client's conduct or engagement is misaligned with the standard this work demands. Terminations by Dr. Eunice are refunded pro-rata for uncommenced months only.
