- Those who have not completed at least one assessment tier. The Circle is a continuation of a structural conversation, not the beginning of one. If you have not been through the diagnostic work, you are not yet positioned to benefit from this room.
- Those for whom $2,500 per month represents a significant financial stretch. The Circle is not an aspirational purchase. It is a strategic operating decision made by leaders for whom this investment is proportionate to the scale they are already operating at.
- Those seeking community, connection, or peer support. The Inner Circle is not a support group. It is a strategic alliance of builders who hold each other to an uncompromising architectural standard. If you need encouragement, there are other rooms for that.

Membership terms
Short. Unambiguous. Read them before applying.
Strictly non-refundable
All membership fees — monthly and annual — are non-refundable in full. No exceptions. No partial refunds. No credits. By applying and completing payment, you confirm you have read and accepted this condition.
Cancellation policy
Monthly members may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no mid-period cancellations. Annual members may cancel before their renewal date. No cancellations mid-term.
Confidentiality and NDA
All members sign a mutual NDA upon acceptance. Everything shared within the Circle — by Dr. Eunice, by members, in sessions or in the private channel — is strictly confidential. Breach of this agreement results in immediate membership termination without refund.
Right to remove
Dr. Eunice and Irevia Holdings reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time if a member's conduct, communication, or institutional behaviour is deemed inconsistent with the standard the Circle maintains. No refund is issued on termination.
Non-transferable
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. It cannot be gifted, assigned, shared, or used by anyone other than the accepted member. Access credentials are single-user only.
Payment and billing
Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month. Annual memberships are billed in full upfront. Failed payments result in immediate access suspension. Reinstatement requires full payment of the outstanding balance plus a reinstatement fee.
