Advisory Terms and Conditions
Read before applying. These are not negotiable.
Months used — non-refundable
Any month of advisory that has been fully or partially used is non-refundable. This includes months where sessions were missed, rescheduled, or not attended by the client. The month was held. The fee applies.
Future months — refundable with notice
Months that have not yet commenced may be refunded, provided that written notice of cancellation is submitted a minimum of 30 days before the start of the month. Notice submitted after that threshold forfeits that month's fee.
30-day written cancellation notice
All cancellations must be submitted in writing — not verbally, not via messaging app. Written notice must be received a minimum of 30 calendar days before the month the client intends to stop. The notice must state the exact month of cessation.
Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation
Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not constitute or imply cancellation. Fees are charged for the month regardless of session attendance. If you cannot attend, the month's fee is still owed and non-refundable.
Non-transferable · NDA required
Advisory engagements are strictly personal and non-transferable. All clients sign a mutual NDA upon engagement commencement. Breach of confidentiality results in immediate termination of the advisory engagement without refund.
Right to decline or terminate
Dr. Eunice and Irevia Holdings reserve the right to decline any application or terminate any engagement at any time if the client's conduct, context, or institutional behaviour is assessed as misaligned with the standard the advisory maintains. Terminations by Dr. Eunice are refunded pro-rata for unused months.
