Usage
Rights
This policy defines how Clients may and may not use content, frameworks, reports, and materials produced by Dr. Eunice Irewole and Irevia Holdings. It covers the IDF Canon, assessment reports, digital products, podcast content, website content, and all associated intellectual property.
Section 01 — Intellectual Property Ownership
Everything the Provider Creates Is Protected
The following intellectual property is owned exclusively by Dr. Eunice Irewole / Irevia Holdings and is protected by Canadian, United States, and international intellectual property law:
- The IDF Canon — The 12 Structural Laws of Institutions — including all law titles, statements, mechanisms, confrontations, architect moves, and associated language
- The Institutional Design Framework (IDF) methodology and all associated frameworks
- All assessment question designs, scoring methodologies, and report structures across the Empire Assessment Ecosystem
- All personalised assessment reports delivered to Clients
- The book Build Institutions or Be Controlled by Them — all content, cover design, and associated materials
- All Empire Academy course content, modules, worksheets, and learning materials
- All Empire Talk podcast episodes, transcripts, and associated content
- All website content at euniceirewole.com and associated domains
- All brand names: Dr. Eunice Irewole, IDF Canon, Empire Talk, Empire Assessment Ecosystem, Irevia Holdings, Irevia Advanced Systems, Irevia Studio, Irevia Foundation, The Structural Briefing, and all associated product names
- All logos, visual brand elements, colour systems, typography systems, and design assets
- All social media content published by the Provider across all platforms
Section 02 — What You Are Permitted to Do
Permitted Uses of Provider Content
Permitted Uses
The following uses are permitted without requiring additional written permission from the Provider, subject to the conditions stated.
- ✓ Personal use of your assessment report: You may read, study, and apply the findings in your personalised assessment report to your own personal and institutional situation. This is the intended and primary use.
- ✓ Sharing your own results privately: You may share the findings from your personal report with your own trusted advisors, business partners, or team members — provided this is done in a private, non-commercial context and the report is not reproduced or distributed further.
- ✓ Academic citation with attribution: You may cite the IDF Canon and its 12 Structural Laws in academic or research papers, provided full attribution is given to Dr. Eunice Irewole as the author and the IDF Canon as the source. Citation format: Irewole, E. (2026). The IDF Canon: The 12 Structural Laws of Institutions. Irevia Holdings.
- ✓ Social media reference with attribution: You may reference specific Canon Laws on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided Dr. Eunice Irewole is credited as the source and a link to euniceirewole.com is included.
- ✓ Podcast listening and sharing episode links: You may listen to Empire Talk episodes and share episode links through any platform for non-commercial purposes.
- ✓ Purchasing and reading the book: Purchase of the book grants you the right to read it, highlight it, and discuss its contents — not to reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise its content.
- ✓ Completing and using Academy course content: Academy course access grants you the right to watch, listen to, and apply the course content for your own personal and institutional development. Access is non-transferable and single-user only.
Section 03 — What You Are Not Permitted to Do
Prohibited Uses — Read Carefully
Prohibited Uses — These Actions Constitute IP Infringement
The following uses are expressly prohibited and constitute violations of intellectual property law. The Provider reserves the right to pursue legal remedies including injunctions and damages for any prohibited use.
- Reproducing any portion of the IDF Canon, its Laws, or associated content in any format — print, digital, audio, or video — without written permission
- Teaching, training, or coaching others using the IDF Canon framework — in any format, paid or free — without a written licensing agreement with the Provider
- Creating courses, workshops, programs, or any educational content based on or derived from the IDF Canon without written permission
- Using the IDF Canon Laws in any commercial offering — including coaching programs, consulting services, courses, or corporate training — without a licensing agreement
- Publishing or reproducing your personalised assessment report in any public forum, website, book, or media
- Sharing your assessment access link or digital course login credentials with any other person
- Translating any Provider content into another language without written permission
- Using any Provider brand name, logo, or visual identity in any commercial context without written permission
- Creating social media accounts, websites, or profiles that imply affiliation with or endorsement by the Provider
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting any content from Provider websites by automated means
- Using any Provider content to train artificial intelligence models, large language models, or any machine learning system
- Reproducing podcast episodes or transcripts in any format without written permission
- Using Provider testimonials, client results, or case studies in any marketing or promotional material without written permission
- Creating derivative works, adaptations, translations, or modifications of any Provider content
Section 04 — Licensing for Commercial Use
How to Obtain a Commercial Licence
The Provider does offer commercial licensing arrangements for organisations and professionals who wish to use the IDF Canon framework, assessment methodologies, or educational content in commercial contexts. These arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to negotiation.
Commercial licensing enquiries should be submitted in writing to legal@euniceirewole.com with the following information:
- Full name and organisation
- Description of the intended commercial use
- Estimated audience size and geographic reach
- Duration of intended use
- Proposed commercial arrangement or budget
The Provider is not obligated to grant any licence and reserves the absolute right to decline any licensing request without providing reasons. Licensing arrangements, where granted, are documented in a separate written agreement that supersedes any permissions implied by these Terms.
Section 05 — Enforcement
How the Provider Protects Its Intellectual Property
The Provider actively monitors for unauthorised use of its intellectual property across all digital platforms, social media channels, educational platforms, and professional networks. The Provider uses both automated and manual monitoring tools for this purpose.
In the event of confirmed unauthorised use, the Provider reserves the right to pursue any or all of the following remedies:
- Issue a formal cease and desist notice requiring immediate discontinuation of the unauthorised use
- Submit takedown requests to relevant platforms, including social media platforms, course hosting platforms, and search engines
- Pursue civil claims for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and/or breach of contract
- Seek injunctive relief to prevent continued infringement
- Claim damages including statutory damages where applicable under Canadian and United States intellectual property law
- Terminate any active engagement with the infringing Client without refund
The Provider does not provide warnings before pursuing legal remedies in cases of egregious or commercial infringement. The Client's agreement to these Terms constitutes full notice of the Provider's intellectual property rights and enforcement intentions.
By accessing any product, service, or content provided by Dr. Eunice Irewole / Irevia Holdings,
you confirm that you have read and understood these Usage Rights
and agree to use all materials only in the ways expressly permitted by this policy.
